APPOINTMENT CANCELATION POLICY

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to our employees and other clients, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else. Failure to give us the required notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee, which must be paid before your next scheduled appointment if we are unable to charge the card on file. The same fee will be charged for "No Shows," defined as a failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time. For Tox and Dermal Fillers appointments, the cancellation and no-show fee is $100.
